Earlier this week, Activision and Name of Obligation builders excitedly unveiled Ricochet, a brand new kernel-level anti-cheat software for Warzone and Vanguard. The tech is meant to be the developer’s reply to the dishonest pandemic in Warzone, but it surely’s not off to a very good begin.
Based on Anti-Cheat Police Department, a bunch that stories on dishonest and cheat makers, the kernel driver for Ricochet has leaked. Makers of paid cheats are seemingly already engaged on reverse-engineering it, which does not bode nicely for Ricochet.
Anti-Cheat Police posted screenshots of an unnamed discussion board the place the leak was made, in addition to proof of the kernel’s digital signature, belonging to Activision.
