DrDisrespect Apparently Lies About Having Valorant Drops Enabled On His Livestream

Popular Twitch streamer DrDisrespect has allegedly lied about having dropped for the upcoming game Valorant. Valorant is made by Riot the same studio that made League Of Legends. DrDisrespect had the stream title “MAXIMED DROPS” while knowing he did not have drops because he declined to be apart of the closed beta test last week. While streaming with Mixer streamer Shroud, Shroud asked him “Why didn’t you get in when you had the chance?” DrDisrespect responded by saying, “Well maybe there is a particular manager out there who didn’t relay the information, or push the doc in the direction of hey this is gonna be big.” Shroud then said, “So, did they tell you about it or no?” DrDisrespect then responded, “No, I was aware of the closed beta where you couldn’t stream and that was it, and I didn’t know all these Twitch Drops and Twitch Rivals was attached to it.” Shroud then said, “Yea, that’s management’s fault.”

This caused DrDisrespect to get some backlash from the community. Twitch Streamer ONSCREEN said, “Don’t f***ing clickbait, I mean if you have drops cool, but if you didn’t take part in the alpha pass then you don’t.” DrDisrespect has since changed his stream title to Precision.

With these screenshots provided below, you can see other streamings from xQcOW, Summit1g, and Pokimane all have “Drops Enabled” on their tags and a special section below the tags mentioning that the Drop is enabled while DrDisrespect does not have either on his stream since the release of the Valorant closed beta and still to this day does not have it enabled.
