Frank Gore Signs One Year Deal with New York Jets
The 36-year-old veteran running back is going on his sixteenth year in the NFL and has no plans on slowing down with his new signing. Frank Gore’s agent told ESPN’s Adam Schefter that the New York Jets will be signing the veteran running back to a one-year deal. Gore is currently the third-leading rusher in NFL history behind Walter Payton and Emmit Smith. Gore has accumulated 15,347 rushing yards, 79 touchdowns, and 226 games played. With this move to the New York Jets, Gore will be accompanied by his former coach Adam Gase, who he played under with the Maimi Dolphins in 2018. Frank Gore’s son will be starting his career as a running back at The University of Southern Mississippi and could possibly join his father in the NFL if Gore decides to play longer.
