The Last of Us Part II Official Story Trailer Released

Naughty Dog’s long-awaited sequel to The Last of Us has now released an official story trailer. In this story trailer, Ellie seems to be on a journey for revenge and showcases some survivors that she has met while on her journey. Make sure to avoid looking at any social media post/replies relating to The Last of Us Part II because, since the leak of the game, there have been many people spamming posts related to The Last of Us Part II with spoilers which lead to PlayStation even disabling their comment section on the story trailer video. The Last of Us Part II will be launching on June 19, 2020, exclusively to PlayStation.

The director of The Last of Us Part II, Niel Druckmann posted a PlayStation blog post prior to releasing this story trailer saying, “The last few weeks have been eventful, and with our new release date confirmed and development of The Last of Us Part II complete, we’re now just over a month away from launch on June 19, 2020. It’s a surreal feeling, to say the least. This project represents not only years of hard work and passion from everyone here at Naughty Dog, but the continuation of a journey that began with Ellie, Joel, and each of you about seven years ago. There have been some twists and turns, but we’re so lucky to have had you with us every step of the way. Your enthusiasm and support means so much to everyone here at the studio.”
